IT Account Manager, US Investment Bank When I need to fill a position in a hurry and I have to have the confidence that it is being handled quickly and professionally I would call Securitech. I recruit contract and permanent IT staff and they have been able to deliver quality candidates with a very high success ratio. In the pressurised environment we are in, I do not have time to thoroughly pre-screen CV's but I have always found any CV from Securitech has been pre-screened and reference checked, hence the success rate. That's all I can ask. Having worked with the team at Securitech for a few years now I can confidently say that Securitech deliver what they say. I have always found them honest with delivery dates and expectations but have not had them fail me on a deadline yet. Highly recommended. Securitech have been a supplier to me in a number of different technical environments and are always keen to understand the environment their candidates are moving in to. This background work allows them to give the candidates a comprehensive briefing and reduces the time-wasting with unsuitable candidates that we can experience from other agencies. The team approach their work in a professional manner but do have a sense of humour to make dealing with them successful but fun. When I needed a new position as a Security Consultant I spoke to all the main recruitment companies in London and it was only when I spoke to the SecurITech team that I found someone who really understood the marketplace. They provided an excellent service in finding me a new position and now, as a client, I would not consider talking to another agency for a Security or Risk position. |
