INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: PRIMARY opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Generating new business via cold calling and referrals from a number of sources. Maintaining renewal income and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. Conducting both specific and general-awareness campaigns to promote Escrow Solutions within target Making appointments for the external sales team. Providing detailed correspondence for customers. Hitting monthly sales and call targets. Maintain accurate business forecasts weekly and monthly. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES: Target driven. Methodical, maximising the potential of all leads. Able to identify new TYPE OF EXPERIENCE: 2 years outbound, business-to-business telesales experience. Direct cold-calling. Account Management. Lead sourcing. Full sales cycle ability to close deals. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: At least GCSE's or equivalent. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: A levels or degree. PERSONAL QUALITIES: Confident with good communication and presentation skills. Creative and innovative. Tenacity, ability to build rapport.
