As the name suggests, Securitech was originally created to provide skilled resources in the IT security arena. We have been established for 6 years and due to demand from our clients we now also provide IT candidates from all backgrounds (Support, Development, Sales & Marketing etc).  In addition to this we have also started an Engineering and Energy desk which has been operational for 6 months. Securitech leads other recruitment companies in the UK and Europe due to our specialisation and our loyalty and commitment to our clients.
 
The candidates; We recruit IT Security personnel and have built up an enviable database and contact network of candidates. A large proportion of these candidates are only registered with Securitech as they appreciate our knowledge of the market and our ability to identify the optimal opportunities for each individual. Our selection process is thorough and effective and is designed to filter out both inappropriate and incorrectly skilled candidates. Our target candidates are professional and demanding and are usually not attracted by advertising but by networking and word of mouth relating to the service they receive at Securitech.

The clients; Securitech deals with a wide variety of clients including Investment Banks, Consultancies, New Media, Telecoms and Software providers both in the UK and Europe. We find that IT Security managers are finding it increasingly difficult to identify suitable staff for their sensitive business environment and are frustrated with the level of service provided by general IT recruitment service providers. With the referrals we have been getting from our clients it is clear that only by specializing can a recruitment company truly provide the breadth and depth of candidates demanded. All clients are expected to meet with Securitech upon identification of a requirement to clearly agree a plan of action and to allow the Securitech consultant an opportunity to draw out enough information to truly understand the need and be able to do a detailed screening of candidates.

The costs; Our charges for permanent and contract recruitment are dependent on the assignment and range from contingency, search and selection or a managed advertising campaign. Our charges are transparent and details are available on request.
